I’m Guessing Aging Can Be Postponed?

I kinda feel like this is an age-old question that every woman has asked themselves: “How do I look forever 21?”. I never really had an issue with looking young, though, thank you, mum, for all the nutritious bird nest when I was younger!

On a more serious note, not everyone has the same growing up environment as I am in, so let’s talk about more realistic tips on preserving our youthful appearance. Currently, the more common commercial application of this substance is via serums and creams. It is also found in capsule forms for consuming it orally.

Last but not least, vitamins. Vitamin C aids in caring for the skin via its antioxidant properties and it’s importance in collagen synthesis. Vitamin E, when applied to the skin, helps absorb the harmful UV rays from the sunlight. Overall, vitamins are useful in maintaining the body wellness, and should be always in any diet routine.
