Looking for a co-founder

The partnership that never happened, and why I’m looking for a co-founder for People’s Inc. Influence.

Some things don’t go as planned. And that’s okay.

I’ve always believed that business is a mix of strategy, intuition, and a little bit of serendipity.

People’s Inc. Influence was never supposed to be a standalone product – it was originally built within the People’s Inc. 360 ecosystem as an extension of the creator economy. And for a while, that made sense.

When I joined Nas Academy, I saw just how much-untapped potential exists in the creator space. The energy, the community, the industry shifts – it all reinforced something I’ve known for a long time:

  • The creator economy is massive but still wildly unstructured.
  • Creators struggle to monetise, and brands struggle to find the right creators.
  • There’s an opportunity to do this smarter – with automation, structure, and transparency.

And that’s where People’s Inc. Influence came in.

At that time, Jacintha was still very much interested in joining as a co-founder – we discussed ideas, the vision, and the potential scale of this. But as things evolved, she ultimately decided to step away more recently.

Now, I’m looking for the right co-founder to step in and scale this with me.

What is People’s Inc. Influence?

It’s a SaaS + marketplace model – think UpWork, but for creators.

  • ✅ Brands can launch creator campaigns – with clear deliverables, payments, and automation.
  • ✅ Creators can apply for campaigns, monetise their content, and get paid seamlessly.
  • The system handles campaign management, tracking, and payments – removing the mess from influencer marketing.

But People’s Inc. Influence is more than just a platform. It’s a movement to elevate creators.

I also plan to introduce creator programmes within the platform – helping creators learn, grow, and monetise beyond brand deals. This isn’t just about connecting brands with creators; it’s about empowering creators to build sustainable careers.

Where we are now: Beta, but ready to scale

People’s Inc. Influence is not just an idea – it’s a functional, market-ready product in beta. It’s not 100 percent built yet, but it’s ready to launch, iterate, and improve as we grow.

And now, it’s time to take it out of the People’s Inc. 360 ecosystem and let it live on its own.

Who I’m looking for as a co-founder

I need someone who:

  • ✅ Understands SaaS, marketplaces, or influencer marketing.
  • ✅ Has experience in growth, partnerships, or scaling a tech product.
  • ✅ Is hands-on and execution-driven – not just an ideas person.
  • Sees the massive potential in the creator economy and is ready to disrupt it.

If you’ve ever thought: “Influencer marketing could be so much better if it was structured differently…” – you’re probably my person.

What’s in it for you?

  • 🚀 A beta-stage product that’s market-ready – no need to start from scratch.
  • 📈 An opportunity to co-lead a game-changing SaaS marketplace.
  • 💡 Sweat equity-based partnership – earn your stake through execution.
  • 🌎 Access to my network across People’s Inc. 360, Royal Visionary Society, and beyond.
  • 💰 Profit-sharing begins immediately according to the agreed equity stake.

I believe in building, proving, and scaling – before fundraising. That’s why I’m prioritising sweat equity first. If we execute well, investment will come naturally.

The commitment: What to expect

  • 👊🏻 Hands-on involvement in growth and strategy.
  • 📢 Scaling user acquisition and brand partnerships.
  • 💻 Working closely on product refinement, automation, and creator monetisation.
  • 📊 Open discussions on equity, revenue-sharing, and expansion funding.

What happens after you apply?

📩 Step 1: Submit your application

  • Once you submit the form below, you’ll receive details on how to connect with me.
  • You can either wait for me to reach out or connect with me directly.

📍 Step 2: Let’s meet (digitally or in person)

  • If you’re in Singapore, we can meet in person for a coffee chat.
  • Otherwise, we’ll schedule a digital meeting to see if we vibe well and align on vision.

Step 3: Six-month trial and three-year lock-in period

  • No investment is required. This is a sweat-equity-based partnership.
  • We start with a six-month trial period to ensure we work well together.
  • If everything aligns, we enter a three-year lock-in period for equity. This ensures the capital used to build the platform isn’t given away to the wrong person.
  • Profit-sharing starts immediately according to the agreed equity stake, but equity unlocks gradually each year over three years.
