The power of vibe

Building the right communities for growth, success, and well-being.

Lunar New Year is always a time of reflection for me. It’s a moment when I take a step back to appreciate the people I’m surrounded by, the communities I’ve built, and the direction my life is heading. This year, I had the pleasure of being invited to Fly Entertainment‘s CNY gathering, marking a new chapter in my journey as a speaker with them.

The best part? Less paperwork! (Okay, just kidding… but also, not really. It does help a lot.)

What really stood out to me during the gathering was Irene 姐姐 (Ang) – her warmth, her energy, and her genuine care for the people around her. She’s one of those rare individuals who embody true leadership through humility, transparency, and unwavering support for her tribe.

This got me thinking about the vibe – something I’ve spoken about before in different contexts, like work culture, empathy, and being around the right people. But let’s dive deeper today.

You are the vibe you surround yourself with

We’ve all heard the saying: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.

But for me? Five is too little.

Based on my bazi and human design, I function best with:

  • 10 to 12 in my core circle – the ones who deeply influence my mindset and decisions.
  • 20 to 30 in my extended network – the ones who provide different perspectives and growth opportunities.
  • 100 plus in my wider community – the ones who contribute to a larger ecosystem of shared knowledge, energy, and inspiration.

That’s probably why I’ve built so many communities, each serving a different aspect of my life and the people I want to support.

Why I’m building these communities

Each of my communities represents a different pillar of success – business, technology, personal growth, and well-being. They are all connected yet distinct in their purpose.

1. Royal Visionary Society and Royal Launch School

At the heart of everything I do is the Royal Visionary Society (RVS). It’s my empowerment-driven platform designed to help women manifest the life they desire, achieving freedom of time, wealth, location, and happiness.

The Royal Launch School (RLS) is our flagship programme, guiding women to build successful, automated businesses through AI, marketing, and entrepreneurship. We focus on automation and scaling so our members can spend less time working and more time living.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: Help people turn passion into fortune using AI, automation, and strategic growth.

2. Nas.io platform and the AI Survival Challenge

Beyond RVS, I have a community specifically for AI and automation on Nas.io – where we discuss:

  • How to automate your business and life.
  • The latest advancements in AI-driven marketing.
  • The upcoming AI Survival Challenge is designed to help entrepreneurs future-proof their businesses with AI.

The way I see it? AI isn’t here to replace us – it’s here to give us back time. And I’m here to show people how to use it to their advantage.

3. Seraphina AI – a community-driven project

Speaking of AI… Seraphina AI (my digital twin and personal assistant) is launching soon in beta pre-orders!

This project is community-driven, meaning the early adopters shape its future. My goal is to build a fully automated AI system that mirrors personality, decision-making, and brand tone, helping creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses scale effortlessly.

4. Crypto to Freedom (with Chloe Lin)

The world of crypto, defi, and web3 is still new and confusing for many, but for those who understand it, the opportunities are massive.

That’s why Chloe Lin and I started Crypto to Freedom – a community dedicated to helping people achieve financial freedom through smart investing, blockchain strategies, and web3 education.

5. Money and AI (with Jeremiah Su)

This project bridges two of the most powerful forces shaping our world today:

  • Money – financial literacy, wealth creation, abundance mindset.
  • AI – automation, optimisation, and scaling wealth-building strategies.

Jeremiah Su and I started Money and AI to help entrepreneurs, investors, and high achievers leverage both to create sustainable, long-term financial success.

6. Speakers Society (with Kelly Kam)

Public speaking is one of the most powerful skills anyone can have. It’s not just about talking – it’s about commanding a room, influencing perspectives, and owning your expertise.

The Speakers Society is for those who want to:

  • Get more speaking opportunities.
  • Learn how to build authority and influence.
  • Leverage AI to automate speaker branding and marketing.

And now, with Fly Entertainment, I’ll be diving deeper into this space – something that excites me beyond words!

Why looking good and feeling good matter more than ever

One of the biggest realisations I had post-divorce was this:

I placed too much importance on “us” and didn’t think certain things – like my own appearance – mattered as much.

For the longest time, I believed that it was just the two of us against the world. As long as we had each other, nothing else really mattered – not how I looked or how I presented myself.

But when my marriage fell apart, and my husband told me, “If you don’t lose weight, I’ll divorce you,” I had to confront a harsh truth – not just about the relationship, but about perception.

It’s not just about looks – it’s about presence, confidence, and first impressions

In reality, whether you’re an entrepreneur, speaker, leader, or creator, people form impressions in seconds.

And let’s be honest – it’s been festive after festive. From Christmas to New Year to CNY, we’ve all probably indulged a little more than usual (I know I did back then).

It’s not about being conventionally “attractive” – it’s about owning your space, feeling confident, and presenting yourself in a way that reflects who you are.

My weight loss journey: From 18kg down to a healthier, stronger me

When my marriage was at its breaking point, I found myself at a crossroads.

In just under four months, I lost 18kg at my peak. And while it didn’t save my marriage, it completely changed how I saw myself.

It wasn’t just about weight loss. It was about understanding the role self-image plays – not just in relationships but in life, career, and personal confidence.

I realised that how you present yourself doesn’t just affect how others see you – it affects how you see yourself. And when you see yourself differently, you start carrying yourself differently.

Would you be interested in learning how I did it?

With all the festive feasting behind us, I know a lot of us (me included, back then) have put on a few pounds.

💡 If enough people are keen, I’ll put together a breakdown of exactly how I lost 18kg – no extreme dieting, no crazy workouts. Just real, sustainable results.

👉🏻 Would this be helpful for you? Hit reply and let me know! If enough people are interested, I might just make it happen.

Final thoughts: Vibe is everything

The vibe is about who you surround yourself with. It’s about building communities that empower you and energy that fuels your success.

If you’re looking for the right community, join me in one (or more) of mine – because success, wealth, and well-being are best built together.

Ready to level up? Let’s vibe.
